Real estate industry has grown far and wide in various parts of the world today and one property type that has grown at a vicious rate is apartment because of lower entry price, family-friendly amenities and of course tiered security.

The fact is that the real estate business is growing. In the past, you would just see a few establishments around, but they are mushrooming now. If the apartment offers all these without adding some clause that needs you to pay for maintenance, then it should be good to go.

3. Choose the right neighbourhood 


Sometimes the neighbourhood is more important than the apartment itself. A good apartment in a dangerous part of the city is a no-no. But a modest apartment that is located in a crime-free neighbourhood, that's the perfect place to set up your home.


4. Prepare a checklist. 


Write down all the requirements that you will be looking for in an apartment. Specify all the appliances that you need. Carry the checklist with you when you do an ocular inspection of the place. You can include the following items in your checklist.

*. Are all appliances in good working condition? Check on the freezer, burner and oven.
*. Is the water system in good condition? Check on the drains and see if there are indications of clogging.
*. What is the condition of bath tub and sinks? Are they broken or cracked?
*. Are there enough electrical outlets in the rooms?
*. Is insulation acceptable?
*. Does the rent include heating? Who will pay for the heating? Is there a thermostat, radiator duct in the rooms?
*. Are ventilation and lighting acceptable?
*. Is there a fire exit?

Hiring an apartment rental company will make the entire process much easier for you, for a fee. Here are some tips to make sure you are talking to a reputable one:

* Does the company have a phone and fax number? If the company is operating a website, these contact information should be visible on the homepage.
*Try asking them questions through email. How quickly do their customer service team respond? Do they provide clear answers to your questions?
* Call them and have someone talk to you, asking for advice. Are you both speaking on the same level? Does the other person on the line understand your wants and needs?
* Can they provide proof of testimonies from previous clients? Ask them these.

Restoran AK 47 Setiawangsa - Surprise birthday

Akhir-akhir ni aku tengok ada pelbagai cara orang surprise kan birthday yang tersayang. Actually ni aku nak sambung post aku sebelum ni. Sejarah surprise birthday untuk husband aku. haa gitu. Boleh tengok post ni surprise birthday. Aku sendiri dah kering idea sebenarnya apa la surprise aku nak bagi dekat laki aku ni. Kebetulan dia bagi tau hujung minggu tu nak berbuka puasa dengan kawan-kawan dia. Aku ingat dia nak pergi sorang sekali dia ajak join so aku apa lagi terus contact salah sorang kawan baik dia minta tolong belikan kek. Kalau aku beli bukan surprise dah nama nya tu. hehehhe



Aku ni main redah je kan dan sebenarnya tak tau pun dorang ni plan berbuka dekat mana. Nasib la kawan laki aku tu okay je nak tolong. heheheh terima kasih nadz. Birthday laki aku sebelum ni pun dia ada gak. Kawan baik la kata kan. Majlis berbuka puasa ni aku malas nak tanya detail buat tak tau dan follow je laki aku. heheh

Restoran AK-47 Setiawangsa



Kami sampai antara yang terawal kot sebab konon nya takut jem nak ke sini. So sementara tu bergambar sikit tapi Asyraf tak bekerjasama sibuk nak turun main. Nampak macam kosong je lagi masa ni tapi sebenar nya full house okay. Dorang kata kalau nak makan dekat sini memang kena booking dulu sebab sentiasa penuh. hahaha Aku baru tau pasal kedai ni. Bila booking boleh siap order menu apa nak makan so bila sampai tu just tunggu waktu berbuka je. Aku ingat tak ramai tau kawan-kawan dia rupa nya ramai juga la datang dan kanak-kanak juga so Asyraf pun bergabung la. Tapi lega sebab dia ada geng. hahahah



Update entry makan tengah siang hari ni menduga jiwa betul haa. Dorang booking dah siap dengan menu. Fuhh mengancam kan lauk-lauk dia. Aku terbayang pula tiba-tiba. Actually banyak lagi okay lauk lain. Banyak gila dorang order tapi aku tidak la rasa semua sebab busy perhati si kecil tu banyak pula stunt dia buat. Seram tengok. hahah


Menarik kan tempat ni? Korang boleh cuba nanti. Budak pun bebas main dekat kawasan tu je tak turun cuma kena jaga-jaga takut jatuh je. Design ala-ala kampung gitu. Memang penuh dan best la sini tapi aku taknak cerita detail sangat sebab point sebenar adalah birthday laki aku. hahah.. Sampai habis makan aku buat tak tau tapi minta la kawan dia tolong bawa kek lepas makan dan solat. Oh yang kurang sikit kat sini adalah tak ada surau tapi ada rumah pekerja sebelah restoran ni. Dorang baik hati bagi pinjam tempat untuk pengunjung sini tumpang solat. Baik kan? Cuma sila bawa telekung sendiri ye. Aku ritu pinjam orang lain punya, nasib baik jumpa orang baik bagi pinjamkan. My bad tak bawa sebab selalu tempat berbuka ramai ni ada surau. huhuh

Surprise Birthday ke 29 (2017)


Finally surprise berjaya sebab dia tak expect kot. Hasil kerjasama kawan-kawan dia. Aku ada rekod video juga. hehehhe dan tulisan atas kek "bini kau" tu kerja kawan dia bukan aku ye suruh tulis gitu. hahahah Lepas semua nyanyi lagu birthday laki aku, meja belakang pula nyanyi sebab rupa nya dorang pun sama surprise birthday juga. heheheh happening~




Birthday boy happy dapat pula celebrate dengan kawan-kawan dia kan. Suka letewww dan ni je hadiah tahun ni. haa haaa.. apa dalam tu adalah rahsia gitu.. Apa yang penting I ikhlas gitu. Selamat Hari Jadi Suamiku. Kali ni kira all in one la. Reunion dan juga celebrate birthday. heheh
